This cake was made for a friend of ours whose daughters Birthday it was. For a 6 year old we would usually go down the route of looking at a favourite cartoon character or hobby to theme the cake around but it was decided that Carlota would prefer something a little bit more girly. The flavours of choice were a double chocolate sponge filled with a chocolate butter cream.
